Under his leadership, AVI delivers innovative, customized capital strategies that connect businesses with the resources they need to grow, scale, and succeed.
A former NFL athlete with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Walter combines research-driven strategy with hands-on experience to pioneer creative financing solutions. His signature three-step funding model—Bridge → Restore → Refinance—has become a trusted blueprint for navigating complex lending landscapes.
